LilacSat-1

The nano-satellite LilacSat-1 is used for scientific research; its main function is detecting the components of lower thermosphere layer at the altitude of 80-300km. At 16:35 May, 2, 2017, LilacSat-1 is released by mechanical arms from Japan’s Laboratory in ISS and goes into operation.
